Can I send a product directly as a gift?

If you would like us to send your order directly to somebody as a gift please do let us know when you place the order and we will ensure it is tissue-wrapped with no invoicing/payment details enclosed.

Can I make any changes once I have placed my order?

If you realise that there are any issues/errors with your order after having placed it please notify us immediately. If your order has not yet progressed and no paper/materials have been ordered then there will be no additional charges. However, if we have to re-order certain items as a result of the changes this will have to be charged on top of the original quote.

Can I see a sample before committing to an order?

We do offer the option of having printed proofs produced. This can however be rather costly if you are only looking for a small run of a particular item.

Therefore, we would be very happy to send you a selection of previously printed samples to highlight the different printing processes and materials available. Alternatively, if you are available to book an appointment and come visit us at our central London workshop we can show you around the factory and discuss your enquiry in more detail.

If this would be of interest then please do contact us on 020 7923 5960 or email us at sales@barnardandwestwood.com and one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Is it possible to colour match?

We can match most PMS/Pantone colours. If there is a particular colour reference you would like us to match please do let us know / send us a sample and we will do our best to replicate it.
